Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the online gambling services offered under the brand Jeetcity via the website jeetcitybet-ca.com (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by Dama N.V. By accessing, registering an account, or using any services on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2025 and are deemed to remain in force, as amended from time to time, through at least 31 December 2026.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
- "Operator" means Dama N.V., a public limited company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 152125, licensed and regulated by Antillephone N.V. under licence no. 8048/JAZ2020-13, which owns and operates the Website. Where relevant, "Operator" also includes Strukin Ltd., a Cyprus company (reg. no. HE 407624) acting as a payment processor and service provider for the Operator.
- "Website" means the domain jeetcitybet-ca.com and any subdomains, mobile versions, applications, or related interfaces made available by the Operator for Canadian users under the brand Jeetcity / Jeetcity.
- "Jeetcity", "Jeetcity", "Brand" mean the online gambling brand and related services offered exclusively through the Website in Canada (excluding Ontario), as operated by the Operator.
- "User" or "you" means any natural person who accesses the Website, whether or not they create an account, and in particular anyone who registers, holds, or uses a Player Account on the Website.
- "Player" means a User who has successfully completed registration, holds an active Player Account, and places Bets or Wagers for real money or using Bonuses on the Website.
- "Player Account" or "Account" means a personal account opened and maintained by the Operator for a Player, through which the Player can deposit funds, place Wagers, receive Bonuses, and withdraw winnings in accordance with these Terms.
- "Game(s)" means any online casino, live casino, slot, crash game, table game, or other gambling product made available on the Website, whether provided directly by the Operator or through third-party game suppliers.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake or equivalent (including Bonus funds where permitted) placed by a Player on the outcome of a Game offered on the Website.
- "Bonus" means any promotional benefit, including but not limited to bonus funds, free spins, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, or other incentives credited to a Player Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
- "Bonus Funds" means any non-withdrawable virtual credits granted as part of a Bonus, which may be used for Wagers in eligible Games but may be withdrawn only after fulfilment of all applicable conditions.
- "Real Money Balance" means the part of a Player's Account balance consisting of deposited funds and redeemed winnings that are not subject to any wagering requirements or other restrictions.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction(s)" means any jurisdiction in which the Operator does not offer services or where use of the Website is prohibited by local law or by the Operator's policies, including, without limitation, the province of Ontario in Canada.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification procedures and checks carried out by or on behalf of the Operator to confirm a User's identity, age, address, source of funds, and other relevant information.
- "Payment Processor" means Strukin Ltd. or any other third party engaged by the Operator to process deposits, withdrawals, and related payment transactions for the Website.
- "Crypto" or "Cryptocurrency" means any virtual currency supported by the Website from time to time that can be used to fund Wagers, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, or similar assets, subject to applicable law.
- "CA Law" means applicable Canadian federal law and, where relevant, provincial laws and regulations governing the offering and use of online gambling services, to the extent applicable to offshore operators offering services into Canada.
- "Dispute" means any complaint, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any services provided by the Operator.
- "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Curaçao or Cyprus, when banks are generally open for business.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility and age requirements
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old, or older if required by the laws of your province or territory of residence, to open a Player Account and use real-money gambling services on the Website. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- Jurisdictional restrictions: Services under Jeetcity are intended for residents of Canada, excluding Ontario. If you are physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, including Ontario, you must not register, deposit, or place any Wagers.
- Legal capacity: You confirm that you have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and to participate in online gambling under all applicable laws.
- Single account rule: You may hold only one (1) Player Account with Jeetcity for your personal use. Creating multiple Accounts, including under different names or email addresses, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, Bonus cancellation, and voiding of winnings.
2.2 Account creation process
- Registration data: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at least your full legal name, date of birth, country and province/territory of residence, valid email address, chosen password, and any other information requested by the Operator.
- Email verification: After submitting the registration form, you may be required to verify your email address by following a confirmation link sent to you. The Operator may restrict access to certain services until email verification is completed.
- Contact information: You must ensure that your email address and any other contact details provided remain valid and accessible. The Operator will use these details for account-related communications, including notices of changes to these Terms.
- Truthfulness of information: You warrant that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Website is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your Account details if they change.
- Refusal of registration: The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, to refuse to open an Account, to close an existing Account, or to request additional information before activating an Account.
2.3 KYC verification and supporting documents
- Identity verification: To comply with legal, regulatory, and anti-fraud obligations, the Operator may at any time request that you complete KYC procedures. You may be required to provide, among other things:
- a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver's licence, national ID card);
- proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, official government correspondence dated within the last three months);
- proof of payment method ownership (e.g., redacted bank statement, screenshot or photo of card or e-wallet, crypto wallet information);
- information regarding the source of funds and/or source of wealth, where deemed necessary.
- Verification timing: The Operator may perform verification:
- upon registration;
- prior to processing deposits or withdrawals;
- when your cumulative transactions exceed certain thresholds; or
- whenever suspicious or inconsistent activity is detected.
- Document review: You agree that your documents may be examined by the Operator and its service providers for authenticity and compliance with applicable regulations. The Operator may request additional or updated documents if necessary.
- Failure to complete KYC: If you fail to provide requested documents or information within a reasonable timeframe, or if provided documents are inadequate or suspected to be fraudulent, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void Bonuses, and withhold withdrawals until the matter is resolved, subject to applicable law.
2.4 User obligations regarding security and access
- Password confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.
- Unauthorized access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed by a third party, or used fraudulently, you must immediately:
- change your password; and
- contact the Operator at [email protected] without delay.
- Account usage: You are responsible for all activities and transactions carried out under your Account, whether or not you authorized them, unless the Operator has failed to implement reasonable security measures.
- Accuracy and updates: You must ensure that your personal and contact details remain accurate and up to date. The Operator may rely on the latest information provided by you for all communications and KYC checks.
- Commercial use prohibited: Your Account is for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use the Website for any commercial or professional gambling operation, betting syndicate, arbitrage, or any other form of organized betting activity.
3. Betting & Gameplay Rules
3.1 General principles of play
- Game rules: Each Game available on the Website is governed by its own specific rules, which may be displayed within the Game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between Game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, unless the Game rules explicitly state otherwise.
- Randomness and fairness: Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs) or live-dealer mechanisms that are designed to provide fair and random results. You acknowledge that you have no means of influencing the outcome of any Game.
- Local laws: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website, including placing Wagers, is legal in your province or territory of residence and in the location from which you access the Website. The Operator does not provide legal advice and does not accept responsibility if you use the services in breach of applicable law.
3.2 Placing bets and wagers
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is considered placed and accepted when it has been confirmed by the Website and appears in your Game or Account history. Once accepted, a Bet cannot generally be altered or cancelled by you, except as explicitly provided in these Terms or in Game-specific rules.
- Bet funding order: Unless otherwise stated, Bets will be funded in the following order:
- Real Money Balance; then
- Bonus Funds that are currently active and eligible for the relevant Game.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game may have its own minimum and maximum Bet limits. You are responsible for checking and respecting these limits before placing a Bet. The Operator may change such limits at any time, including on a per-Player basis.
- Game availability: The Operator may, at its discretion, add, remove, suspend, or modify any Game or category of Games at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, technical reasons, or legal/regulatory compliance.
3.3 Modification and cancellation of bets
- User-initiated cancellation: As a general rule, once a Bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. Some Games may, however, allow for in-play or early-cash-out features, subject to the rules displayed for those Games.
- Operator-initiated cancellation: The Operator reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust Bets in the following non-exhaustive circumstances:
- obvious technical error, including display or calculation error regarding odds, game results, or account balances;
- Game malfunction leading to incorrect results or payouts;
- use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to place Bets;
- fraud, collusion, or suspicious betting patterns reasonably indicating abuse or exploitation of a Game or Bonus;
- if the Bet was placed from a Restricted Jurisdiction or in breach of these Terms.
- Effect of voiding: Where a Bet is voided prior to the relevant Game round being completed, the stake shall generally be returned to the Player's Account, unless the Operator reasonably suspects fraud or other prohibited conduct.
3.4 Conduct in live casino, chats, and social features
- Respectful behaviour: When using any live casino, chat, forum, or other interactive feature of the Website, you must:
- refrain from using abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory language;
- avoid posting or distributing any illegal, obscene, or offensive content;
- respect the rights and privacy of other Players and staff.
- Prohibited conduct: Without limitation, you must not:
- promote or facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity;
- advertise or promote other gambling sites, products, or services not associated with the Operator;
- share personal contact details or encourage others to move conversations off-platform for gambling-related purposes;
- attempt to collude with other Players or influence Game outcomes in any unfair manner.
- Moderation and enforcement: The Operator may monitor chat and live interactions and may remove messages, restrict access to chat, or suspend or close Accounts where it reasonably believes that these rules have been breached.
3.5 Fraud, collusion, and prohibited techniques
- Fraud and abuse: You must not engage in any fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, chargeback abuse, match-fixing, or collusion with other Players. This includes, without limitation, exploiting obvious technical errors or Game loopholes, or using stolen payment methods.
- Automated tools: The use of bots, scripts, or any other automated systems or devices to interact with the Website or Games is strictly prohibited.
- Multi-accounting and identity misuse: Creating multiple Accounts, using another person's identity, or sharing Account access for the purpose of obtaining Bonuses, circumventing limits, or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
- Consequences: In cases of suspected or confirmed fraud or collusion, the Operator may:
- freeze and review your Account;
- void Bets and confiscate associated winnings;
- cancel Bonuses and related benefits;
- close your Account and report the matter to relevant authorities or payment providers, where required or appropriate.
4. Bonus Terms
4.1 General provisions
- Supplemental terms: All Bonuses and promotions offered under the Jeetcity brand are subject to these general Bonus Terms in addition to any specific rules published on the Website for each promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited to Players from specific jurisdictions, to newly registered Players, or to Players meeting particular criteria (for example, minimum deposit or loyalty level). The Operator may restrict a Player's eligibility at its discretion.
- Transparency: Key Bonus conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds or stake (if applicable), Game restrictions, expiry dates, and maximum convertible winnings, will be made available on the promotion page or in the Account area.
4.2 Bonus activation and claiming
- Activation methods: Bonuses may be activated by:
- entering a Bonus code during registration or deposit;
- selecting a promotion from the Account or cashier page;
- automatic crediting by the Operator following qualifying activity.
- Deposit-based Bonuses: Where a Bonus is tied to a deposit, it will typically be credited only after the qualifying deposit is successfully processed and reflected in your Player Account.
- Timeframes: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses must be activated or claimed within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Expired offers cannot be reinstated. For avoidance of doubt, any reference to dates or timeframes for promotions during 2024 - 2025 shall be deemed extended to at least 31 December 2026, unless the Operator announces an earlier expiry for a specific promotion.
4.3 Wagering requirements and bonus play
- Wagering requirements: Many Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means that you must place Wagers totalling a specified multiple of the Bonus amount, and in some cases the deposit plus Bonus amount, before any associated Bonus Funds or winnings can be withdrawn.
- Contribution of Games: Different Game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example (illustrative only; actual contributions will be stated on the Website):
- standard video slots: 100% contribution;
- live casino and table games: 10 - 20% contribution or excluded;
- certain slots or high-risk Games: 0% contribution or prohibited.
- Order of bets: Unless clearly specified otherwise, Real Money Balance is used first when you place a Bet. Only after your Real Money Balance is exhausted will Bonus Funds be used for Wagers, which will count toward wagering requirements to the extent permitted for the relevant Game.
- Maximum bet with Bonus: Maximum Bet limits may apply when wagering with an active Bonus. Exceeding the stated maximum Bet may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
4.4 Prohibited actions and Bonus abuse
- Prohibited patterns: The following activities may be considered Bonus abuse and are prohibited:
- placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to artificially complete wagering;
- placing high-value bets using Bonus Funds and then reducing stake size after significant wins;
- using multiple Accounts, including with the assistance of third parties, to claim the same Bonus multiple times;
- delaying Game rounds (such as free spin features or bonus rounds) to a later time after meeting wagering conditions;
- placing Bets on restricted Games while a Bonus is active.
- Investigation and remedies: Where the Operator reasonably suspects Bonus abuse, it may:
- withhold or remove the Bonus and associated winnings;
- void related Bets and adjust the Account balance;
- exclude the Player from future promotions; and/or
- close or suspend the Account in accordance with these Terms.
4.5 Combining promotions and multiple Bonuses
- One active Bonus rule: Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website, only one Bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Wagering requirements for one Bonus must be completed or the Bonus must be forfeited before another Bonus may be activated.
- Non-stacking of offers: Different promotions cannot generally be combined or "stacked" on a single deposit or Wager. Where a deposit appears to qualify for more than one Bonus, the Operator may, at its discretion, credit only one Bonus.
- Cashback and loyalty: Cashback, rakeback, or loyalty rewards may be governed by separate terms. Unless specifically indicated, such rewards are not subject to wagering requirements, but the Operator may impose reasonable conditions, including minimum play thresholds or expiry dates.
4.6 Expiry, forfeiture, and cancellation of Bonuses
- Bonus expiry: Bonuses and winnings derived from them may expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified on the promotion page or in your Account. Upon expiry, remaining Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.
- Voluntary cancellation: You may, in certain circumstances, request cancellation of an active Bonus. If you cancel a Bonus, any remaining Bonus Funds and Bonus-related winnings will be forfeited, while your Real Money Balance will remain available.
- Operator cancellation: The Operator may cancel a Bonus if it reasonably believes that:
- you are ineligible for the promotion;
- you have breached these Terms or the specific Bonus conditions;
- technical or administrative errors occurred in the allocation or calculation of the Bonus.
5. Payments & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit methods and processing
- Supported methods: The Website may support various deposit methods for Canadian Players, including, without limitation:
- credit and debit cards;
- Interac and other e-transfer solutions;
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, where permissible.
- Payment processing: Deposits may be processed by the Operator directly or through Strukin Ltd. or other Payment Processors. By making a deposit, you authorize the Operator and its Payment Processors to process your transactions.
- Deposit limits: The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction, per day, or over other periods. Such limits will be displayed in the cashier section of the Website.
- Fees: The Operator generally aims not to impose additional fees for standard deposits, but reserves the right to do so where necessary. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge its own fees, including currency conversion charges, which are outside the Operator's control.
5.2 Withdrawal requests and conditions
- Eligibility for withdrawal: You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your Real Money Balance, subject to completion of required KYC checks, satisfaction of wagering requirements, and any other conditions specified in these Terms.
- Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals will, where feasible, be processed using the same payment method and account used for deposits. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be offered, subject to additional verification.
- Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 - 72 hours on Business Days. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank, payment provider, or blockchain network, and is outside the Operator's direct control.
- Withdrawal limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, week, or month, which will be displayed in the cashier section. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments, subject to applicable law and any Game-specific rules (e.g., progressive jackpots handled by providers).
5.3 Currency, exchange rates, and crypto transactions
- Account currency: The main account currency for Canadian Players is normally CAD; however, other currencies or crypto denominations may be supported. Where currency conversion is required, it will be carried out at prevailing exchange rates determined by the payment provider or by the Operator's Payment Processor.
- Crypto deposits: If you deposit via cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that:
- the value of crypto assets is highly volatile;
- the Operator will credit your Account based on the value of the crypto deposit converted into the applicable in-site currency at the time of the transaction;
- any subsequent change in the market value of the crypto asset does not affect the credited amount in your Account.
- Crypto withdrawals: Where crypto withdrawals are permitted, they will be sent to the wallet address provided by you. You are responsible for ensuring that the wallet address is correct and compatible. The Operator is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect or incompatible wallet addresses or blockchain network issues.
5.4 Anti-money laundering and security checks
- AML compliance: The Operator implements measures to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes, in line with applicable legal and regulatory expectations for offshore gaming operators.
- Transaction monitoring: Deposits and withdrawals may be monitored for suspicious patterns. The Operator may request additional documents or explanations regarding the source of funds or transactions and may suspend processing until satisfactory information is provided.
- Refusal or delay of transactions: The Operator may refuse, suspend, or delay a transaction if:
- it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
- the transaction would breach these Terms or applicable law;
- you have not completed KYC verification.
5.5 Refunds, chargebacks, and treatment of bets/bonuses
- No general refund policy: Except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law, deposits are non-refundable once used to place Bets. Wagers that have been accepted and resolved cannot generally be reversed or refunded.
- Technical errors: If a Game malfunction or technical error results in incorrect account debiting or payouts, the Operator may adjust your balance to reflect the correct outcome. Where appropriate, the Operator may void affected Bets and return stakes to your Real Money Balance.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or similar reversal of a payment without a valid legal basis constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Operator may:
- deduct the disputed amount and any associated costs from your Account balance;
- close or suspend your Account;
- report the matter to relevant payment providers and authorities.
- Bonuses and withdrawals: If you request a withdrawal while having an active Bonus with unmet wagering requirements, the Operator may, subject to the specific Bonus rules, cancel the Bonus and associated winnings or process the withdrawal only after requirements are met.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Operator's obligations and service provision
- Reasonable care: The Operator will use reasonable efforts and commercially reasonable care to:
- provide access to the Website and Games on a continuous basis;
- ensure that Game outcomes are determined fairly using certified RNG or equivalent mechanisms;
- maintain accurate records of Bets, Wagers, balances, and transactions.
- No warranty of uninterrupted service: The Website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Third-party content: Games and certain services are provided by third-party suppliers. The Operator is not responsible for any act or omission of such suppliers, except to the extent required under applicable law.
6.2 Exclusions of liability
- Technical failures and interruptions: The Operator is not liable for:
- failures of your equipment, device, internet connection, or telecommunications network;
- Game interruptions or data loss caused by power outages, hardware or software failures, or network disruptions beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
- delays, distortions, or errors in data transmission outside the Operator's systems.
- Misuse and non-compliance: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law;
- your failure to safeguard your login credentials or device;
- use of the services by a third party who has obtained your credentials with or without your consent.
- Indirect and consequential losses: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.
6.3 Maximum liability and allocation of risk
- Cap on liability: Subject to any non-excludable rights under applicable CA Law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Website or these Terms shall, in all cases, be limited to the lesser of:
- the amount of the Bet or Wager that gave rise to the relevant claim; and
- the total amount of deposits made by you into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Assumption of risk: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of losing money and that you are fully responsible for your gambling decisions. You agree that you will not hold the Operator liable for any losses incurred as a result of your participation in the Games, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Ownership of content and software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to trademarks (such as Jeetcity), logos, domain names (including jeetcitybet-ca.com), designs, text, graphics, interfaces, software code, databases, and Game content, are owned by the Operator or its licensors.
- Third-party materials: Game titles, graphics, and other content provided by third-party suppliers remain the property of those suppliers and are used by the Operator pursuant to licences and agreements.
7.2 Permitted use and restrictions
- Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- Prohibited uses: You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
- copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Website or its content, except as strictly necessary for normal use;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Website or Games, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- use automated tools to access the Website or extract data (including scraping, spidering, or data mining);
- use the Jeetcity or Jeetcity brand, logo, or any other trademarks in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply an unauthorized association.
- Reservation of rights: All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by the Operator and its licensors.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is collected, used, stored, and otherwise processed in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy applicable to Canadian users.
- Reference to privacy policy: By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy available at https://jeetcity.com/en-CA/privacy-policy and agree to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
- Purpose of processing: Personal data may be processed for purposes including registration, account management, KYC and AML checks, processing of deposits and withdrawals, providing Games and customer support, conducting responsible gambling checks, and complying with legal obligations.
- Data security: The Operator implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, consistent with industry practices and applicable data protection requirements.
- Third-party sharing: The Operator may share your data with group companies (including Strukin Ltd.), game providers, payment processors, verification services, and other partners as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to appropriate safeguards.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 Right to amend
